Consultant - Concept Design for Micronesia Atoll Research Station (MARS)

"Document the justification and case for this consultancy in collaboration with MIMRA. MIMRA will provide the inputs, with the Consultant to compile this into a cohesive justification. This is expected to be 20-25 pages in length; Conduct a cadastral survey of the proposed site; Include surveys of topography and bathymetry around the site; Document other nearby facilities and relevant encumbrances; Assess the suitability of the site relative to sea level rise, tidal variation, historical events, existing ground level, soil stratification, and any other relevant factors..."
