"The consulting services (“the Services”) include specialist environmental assessment services and management advice to the Marshall Islands Marine Resources Authority (MIMRA), RMI Environmental Protection Agency (RMIEPA) and the RMI Ministry of Finance’s Department of International Development Assistance (DIDA) for the PROP Marine Pollution Project... MIMRA now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
